Handstand Walk x 40 feet
Alternating Pistols x 20 reps
Muscle-ups x 3-6 reps

B. Every 2-minutes for 8-minutes (4 sets):
Back Squat
*Set 1 – 4 reps @ 65-70%
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75-80%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 80-85%
*Set 4 – 1 rep @ 85-90%

Followed by…

Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Back Squat x 4 reps @ 80%

Same loads as last week but one set more of the 4 reps @ 80%.
