40 Kettlebell Swings (70/53 lbs)
40/30 Cals Row

Time cap: 20-minutes

C. Three sets of:
Front-Racked Barbell Bulgarian Split Squats x 6 reps @ 30X1
Rest 45 seconds after each leg
Rest 90 seconds
