A. Every 2-minutes for 16-minutes (8 sets):
Power Clean + Push Jerk + Split Jerk

Build over the course of the 8 sets.

B. On a 12-minute clock, 4 rounds of:
1 minute of Kettlebell Snatches (53/35 lbs)
1 minute of Ab-mat sit-ups
1 minute of Jumping Lunges

Post reps completed for each exercise.

C. "Optional Accessories"
3 sets of:
Glute-Ham Raises x 8-10 reps
Banded Good Mornings x 20 reps
Rest as needed
