Power Clean + Hang Clean + Clean

Set 1 – 60%
Set 2 – 70%
Set 3 – 75%
Set 4 – 80%
Set 5 – 85%

Immediately followed by...

Every minute on the mintue for 5-minutes (5 sets):
Clean x 1 rep

B. 3 rounds for time, of:
20 Hang Power Cleans (115/75 lbs)
20 Front Squats (115/75 lbs)
20 Push Press (115/75 lbs)

No dropping barbells if you have smaller plates on.

Time cap: 18-minutes
