Rest 60 seconds and switch sides

B. Every 2-minutes for 10-minutes (5 sets):
Back Squat x 5 reps @ 74% of 1-RM

C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20-minutes, of:
30 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
30 Box Jumps (24/20")
30 Calorie Row
30 Toes to Bar
