15 Power Snatches (75/55 lbs)

ABSOLUTELY NO DROPPING THE BARBELLS!

C. Optional Accessories:
2 sets of:
V-ups x 15-20 reps
Plank Hold x 45-60 seconds
Hip Extensions x 10-12 reps
Rest as needed
