*Sets 1-3 – 70-75% of 1-RM Clean
*Sets 4-6 – 75-80%
*Sets 7-8 – 80-85%

B. For time:
600 Meter Run
50 Overhead Squats (45/35 lbs)
600 Meter Run
50 Thrusters (45/35 lbs)
600 Meter Run
50 Front Squats (45/35 lbs)

Time cap: 20-minutes
