*Rest as little as needed between unbroken sets and rest 2:00 between rounds.

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15-minutes, of:
30 Double Unders
15 Dumbbell Power Cleans (50/35 lbs)
30 Double Unders
15 Toes to Bar

PLEASE NO DROPPING DUMBBELLS! Control them to the floor for a good rep.
