A. Every 3-minutes for 15-minutes (5 sets):
Back Squat
Set 1 – 5 reps @ 70%
Set 2 – 3 reps @ 80%
Set 3 – 1 rep @ 85-90%
Set 4 – 10 reps @ 80%
Set 5 – 10 reps @ 80%

B. "Open Workout 13.2"
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Shoulder to Overhead* (115/75 lbs)
10 Deadlifts (115/75 lbs)
15 Box Jumps (24/20")

*ABSOLUTELY NO DROPPING BARBELLS FROM OVERHEAD!

C. Three sets of:
Dumbbell Turkish Get-up x 5 reps each arm
Banded Glute Bridges x 60 seconds
Rest as needed
